Please use this site to book your next appointment. All appointments are virtual for residences of Ontario, Canada and are completed by phone (using a private number) or by video (by logging into your appointment through this Jane website or through the video program provided by your therapist).
If you need to change your appointment, you can do so online (24 hours or more before your appointment time) or you can reach out for support at info@innerroom.ca or 647-957-1822 with at least 24 hours notice.
All appointment changes under 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

FREE 15 Minute Consultation Call
You start your journey with a free 15 minute consultation call with Vivian. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions or address concerns about therapy. If you feel comfortable, feel free to share what’s been going on for you and we can assist by finding the therapist that is the best fit for you.
Meet & Greet
This free 15-minute Meet & Greet phone call is a chance for you and the therapist to get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions, and learn more about the therapist's approach. It’s a meaningful first step toward building connection, gaining clarity, and finding the right support for your therapy journey.
Supervision / Clinical Consultation
Supervision/clinical consultation is a space that allows for your own growth and experiences as a clinician. This is provided to clinicians who hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology.
Areas of specialty for consultation: childhood and adulthood trauma, relational therapy and processing, trauma treatment, transference/countertransference, body-oriented trauma therapy, communication and relationship building, identity, grief, therapist burn out and self-care, and boundaries.
Executive Functioning / ADHD / Academic Coaching
ADHD coaching helps people with ADHD develop strategies to manage their lives such as with planning, time management, goal setting, and more.
In these appointments you might work on developing structure and action plans, improving focus and concentration, improving your self-esteem and confidence, working on impulse control, finding healthy ways to manage stress, and improving communication skills.
